Reporting Copyright Infringement

Takedown Notice Requirements
Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) infringed
- Identification of the infringing material (URL or description)

- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Three-Strike Policy
We enforce a three-strike policy for copyright violations:
Strike 1: Warning
First valid DMCA takedown. Content removed, account warning issued. Creator can dispute the claim.
Strike 2: Suspension
Second valid takedown within 12 months. Account suspended for 30 days. Payouts temporarily frozen.
Strike 3: Termination
Third valid takedown within 12 months. Account permanently terminated. All content removed. Creator earnings forfeited per our Terms.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can file a counter-notification:

- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and original location
- Your statement under penalty of perjury that removal was erroneous
- Your contact information
- Your consent to jurisdiction and statement that you'll accept service of process
Important: Counter-notifications are serious legal documents. Filing false counter-notices may result in liability for damages.
Our Responsibilities
- Respond to DMCA notices within 48-72 hours
- Remove infringing content promptly upon receipt of valid notice
- Notify creators of takedown requests
- Allow counter-notifications and reinstatement of content
- Maintain transparency in enforcement
- Not intentionally profit from infringement
Creator Responsibilities
- Only upload original content or content you have rights to
- Respect others' copyrights
- Properly license third-party content
- Include proper attribution where required
- Respond to copyright claims promptly
